As a certified life coach and author I knew I needed to create a powerful thought-provoking course to empower women to take action to improve their lives. Drawing on my own experience, 12 Weeks to a Happier You aims to show women the way forward by helping them identify which next steps to take.
Stop putting up with mediocre. It’s not good for yourself or your family by accepting less than what you really want.

I’ve designed the course to provide ultimate flexibility. No matter where you live or how complicated your life is, you can learn and work through the steps at your own pace and in your own time. Learning how to reflect to explore new possibilities moving you to a happier life which then spreads to the people close around you.
You can access a downloadable workbook allowing you to keep a record of your progress and as you move through each class, you are able to identify what’s missing that will make all the difference.
